How It Works

After purchasing the family card on our website, you will be registered as members of the Alpaca Club.

During your first visit to the Alpaca Park, you’ll receive your membership card at reception, and your member benefits will be activated immediately.

You can start using your membership discounts from your very first visit when paying inside the park.

With each visit, you’ll also receive a new stamp on your membership card, unlocking new surprises, discounts, and bonus experiences throughout the season.

The family card includes a total of 6 stamps/experiences and automatically ends once all stamps have been used.

• The number of registered family members cannot be changed or expanded after the family card has been activated for the season
