Ticket Information
There is a limited number of tickets available for the Alpaca Park. If you purchase your ticket in advance on our website, you are guaranteed entry. Tickets can also be purchased upon arrival; however, we recommend checking availability on the park’s website beforehand at alpakkaparken.no.
Who needs a ticket?
All visitors aged 2 years or older must have a ticket to enter the Alpaca Park visitor farm. There is no price difference between children and adults. Separate rules apply for birthday children under 12, seniors, and companions.
Who gets free entry?

Children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket and enter free of charge. Once the child turns 2, a ticket is required.

Children aged 12 or younger receive free entry on their birthday.

Companions with a valid companion certificate (caregiver pass) are admitted free of charge. No advance booking is required, but the certificate must be presented at the entrance.
Are there senior discounts?
We offer discounted tickets for seniors. You may purchase a senior ticket if you are 67 years or older or hold a valid senior card. The discount does not apply to spouses or partners.
Can I cancel my ticket?
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase, provided the tickets have not been used. Cancellations must be made by email or phone. This applies only to tickets purchased at the regular price.
Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline are non-refundable. Promotional or discounted tickets are non-refundable.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
You may change the date of standard tickets up to 14 days before the scheduled visit date. This does not apply to promotional or discounted tickets.
To change your ticket, contact customer service by email or phone. Your original ticket will be canceled, and a new one will be issued.
Glamping Accommodation
Can I change my glamping reservation?

General Terms and Conditions
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, information provided in the booking solution, and any specifically agreed terms. In case of conflict, specifically agreed terms shall prevail unless they conflict with mandatory law.
The agreement is supplemented by applicable laws governing consumer purchases.
2. The Parties

The buyer is the consumer placing the order.
3. Price
The stated price is the total price payable, including all taxes and additional costs. Any costs not disclosed prior to purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.
4. Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is binding once the buyer submits the order. However, it is not binding if there are obvious typographical errors that the other party should have recognized.
5. Payment
Payment may be charged when the product is dispatched.
If paying by card, the amount may be reserved at the time of booking and charged when the product is shipped. Vipps payments are charged the same day as dispatch.
Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase or until the service is delivered.
Invoices are issued upon dispatch and must be paid within at least 14 days. Buyers under 18 cannot pay by invoice.
6. Delivery
Delivery occurs when the buyer or their representative receives the item. If no delivery time is specified, delivery shall take place within 30 days.
Services are considered delivered on the scheduled date.
7. Risk
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Unless exempt, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer law.
The buyer must notify the seller within the deadline. The item must be returned within 14 days after notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
The seller must refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving notice.
9. Delay or Non-Delivery
If the seller fails to deliver, the buyer may withhold payment, demand performance, cancel the agreement, or claim compensation.
10. Defects
The buyer must report defects within a reasonable time, and no later than 2 years after purchase (5 years for long-lasting goods).
The buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or compensation.

11. Seller’s Rights
If the buyer fails to pay, the seller may withhold goods, cancel the agreement, or claim compensation.
Late payment interest and collection fees may apply.
12. Warranty
Any warranty is in addition to statutory rights.
13. Personal Data
The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and only as necessary to fulfill the agreement.
14. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be directed to the seller. If unresolved, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the EU complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
