Are dogs and pets allowed?
It is not permitted to bring dogs or pets into the Alpacapark.
Unfortunately we do not have dog parking. NB: Guide dogs are allowed in the Park.

 

Toilet and shower facilities.

We have several toilets, showers, changing rooms and a disabled toilet in the main building. Guests have access to shower facilities.

 

Is it wheelchair accessible?

The park is wheelchair accessible.

 

Can I bring a stroller into the park?
You can bring your own stroller into the Park. Unfortunately, we do not have any strollers for rent.

 

What about forgotten things?
Forgotten items will be taken care of for 2 weeks. Please contact customer service.

 

What about brought food?
It is allowed to bring your own food into the Alpacapark. There will be NO access to the communal grill (only for glamping guests).

 

Can I smoke in the Park?
Smoking is only permitted in the zone at the back of the restaurant building in the designated area.

 

Can I feed the animals in the Park?
It is not permitted to feed the animals in the park without the park's consent.

 

Can I charge my car with you?
There are currently no electric car chargers available at the park.

Can I have a barbecue in the park?

No, only our glamping guests have the opportunity to do this.
